Resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation
Qualification
Required
3–8 years of employment law litigation experience
Substantial experience defending employers in state and federal courts
Demonstrated experience with PAGA and wage-and-hour class actions
Admission to practice law in California
Strong litigation, negotiation, and analytical skills
Ability to work on a hybrid basis from a Century City office
