Outreach Skills: Phone/email skills for medical record retrieval

Management Experience: Ability to delegate work to Project Coordinators

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, CONCATENATE, and other data tools

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with medical records or claims processing

Strong phone communication skills; able to handle escalations with professionalism and persistence

Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-driven

Team-oriented with the ability to delegate effectively and foster collaboration
