Maintain exceptional client service by consistently providing updates and personal follow-ups
Schedule signing appointments and coordinate post-signing tasks like deed recording
Conduct thorough quality checks on documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Qualification
Required
3-5 years as an estate planning paralegal with autonomous operational capability
Proficient in WealthCounsel WealthDocs, Clio practice management, and Microsoft Word
Strong client communication abilities, with a proactive and self-starting attitude
High attention to detail and strong time management to avoid procrastination
Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive work environment
Solid understanding of estate planning, including revocable vs. irrevocable trusts
