Responsibilities
Originate residential and/or commercial mortgage loans
Evaluate borrower financial profiles and financing objectives
Identify, structure, and present suitable loan solutions
Explain loan terms, costs, and financing strategies clearly
Manage client communications from application through closing
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Maintain compliance with federal and Ohio mortgage regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience in loan origination, mortgage lending, and financing
Strong understanding of underwriting processes and loan structures
Solid knowledge of finance principles and the mortgage industry
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple files
An active Ohio Mortgage Loan Originator license is required
Additional state licenses or certifications are a plus
Preferred
Proficiency with loan origination systems and financial tools
