This role is critical in ensuring the stability, scalability, and modernization of their enterprise voice infrastructure, involving product lifecycle updates and collaboration with various business areas.

Responsibilities
Manage and execute product lifecycle updates for enterprise voice platforms
Develop strong linkage with the Architecture and Solutions team to deliver standard designs
Participate in peer reviews for high and low-level designs
Ensure successful delivery of technical solutions into the production environment
Provide L3 support to resolve complex production issues
Evaluate high-risk changes and recommend remediation processes
Maintain and update engineering documentation and standard operating procedures
Qualification
Required
10 years of experience in the Voice and Collaboration industry
Experience in similar capacity as an architect for large enterprise networks
Expertise in voice technologies including SIP Trunking, voice over IP protocols (H.323/SIP), and IP PBX
Experience with Cisco voice platforms and unified communication technologies
Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and networking products
Experience in automating and scripting processes for configuration reconciliation
Preferred
Experience in the financial industry
Knowledge of market data/exchange technologies
Familiarity with technology trends in networking such as SDN, BYOD, SIP session management
Experience with additional vendors like Juniper, Aruba, Arista, and Sonus/Ribbon
Experience with MSFT infrastructure such as Active Directory, .net, and PowerShell
