Own the roadmap for key backend and API products
Proven ability to structure, mentor and retain high performing technical teams
Strong engineering fundamentals across full stack development
Experience building scalable and reliable systems
Familiarity with observability, incident response, and operational excellence
Confident working cross functionally with product, design and leadership
Excellent communicator with strong judgment
Qualification
Required
5+ years leading and scaling engineering teams, ideally 10+ engineers
Proven ability to structure, mentor and retain high performing technical teams
Own the roadmap for key backend and API products
Strong engineering fundamentals across full stack development
Experience building scalable and reliable systems
Familiarity with observability, incident response, and operational excellence
Confident working cross functionally with product, design and leadership
Excellent communicator with strong judgment
Preferred
Experience in fintech, fraud or identity is a plus but not essential
