They are currently seeking enthusiastic Insurance Defense Litigation Paralegals to support the firm’s litigation function.

Responsibilities

Assist with discovery requests and responses; conduct document searches; collect applicable records via authorization/subpoena; organize documents and coordinate document productions, including bates-stamping, redaction, production logs, and e-discovery

Manage calendaring and tracking of case deadlines throughout the life of a case

Prepare litigation status reports and other project updates

Prepare materials for oral arguments, depositions, mediation, and other litigation proceedings

Prepare for trials, including organizing exhibits, witness materials, trial notebooks, and other supporting documents; and coordinating trial logistics

Conduct legal research

File and retrieve documents on federal court database

Review, analyze and summarize client and plaintiff-submitted documents
