They are expanding their Washington office and looking for a motivated Insurance Agent to join their Sales Team, who will handle leads, conduct sales calls, prepare insurance quotes, and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities
Handle a steady flow of warm leads generated internally
Conduct professional sales calls and evaluate customer needs
Prepare and present insurance quotes (commercial auto, trucking, cargo, liability, etc.)
Build long-term client relationships and oversee renewals
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Applied Epic
Collaborate with Customer Service, Policy Services, and Underwriting support
Maintain timely and clear communication with clients
Qualification
Required
Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license — required
Experience in insurance sales (Commercial or Personal Lines)
Ability to start on-site at the Vancouver, WA office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
High level of accountability, professionalism, and motivation
Preferred
Experience with trucking insurance is a plus
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
