Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of technology projects aligned to CCAP’s strategic objectives
Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional project teams
Manage project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, communication, and closure
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources
Coordinate with internal court system partners and external stakeholders such as the National Center for State Courts
Ensure successful implementation of grant-funded initiatives
Guide development of an updated interface for a public-facing court system workflow
Move the project from business requirements gathering through implementation
Manage additional court system IT projects as needed

Required

Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (1–3 years)
Excellent knowledge of information technology solution tools for a variety of applications (1–3 years)
Excellent knowledge of agile software development processes and methodologies (1–3 years)
Experience with project management software such as Asana, MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to independently lead technical projects and cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail
Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders holding diverse perspectives
Ability to adapt and respond to changing work situations and environments
Minimum education: Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)

Preferred

Experience with Scrum
Experience managing project budgets, including alignment with grant funding requirements
PMP or similar project management certification
