Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
Track project progress and identify potential risks and issues
Proactively address challenges and implement solutions
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Manage project budgets and resources effectively
Possess a strong understanding of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems
Review and approve design packages, ensuring adherence to industry standards and client requirements
Coordinate with design teams to develop accurate and detailed design documentation
Oversee the selection and procurement of appropriate equipment and materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues
Mentor and guide team members to ensure optimal performance
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment
Delegate tasks effectively and monitor team progress
Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet high standards

Required

8+ years of experience managing physical security projects
Certifications in Project Management (PMP) or security industry standards (e.g., CPP, CSPM)
Strong technical knowledge of security systems (C-Cure, Axis, Flir, Access Control, CCTV)
Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., SmartSheets, Google Suites, CAD, BlueBeam, Auto Desk)
Knowledge of construction and facility management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bilingual Spanish
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
