Sales and Marketing knowledge to identify customer needs, enhance product offerings, and drive business growth
Problem-Solving and Multitasking skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively while managing multiple priorities
Proficiency with basic computer applications and ability to quickly adapt to insurance-related technology and software
Must hold or be willing to obtain state-required licensing for insurance product sales
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Previous experience in insurance customer service or sales roles is a plus
a college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
