Lead a team of engineers and tech leads while remaining technically engaged
Build and scale product workflows customers use every day
Tackle backend and systems challenges around performance, reliability, and scale
Drive projects end-to-end, balancing scope, quality, and delivery
Partner closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams
Qualification
Required
Experience as both an IC and an Engineering Manager
Comfort moving between product/fullstack work and backend/infrastructure
Strong technical judgment and systems thinking
Clear communicator who builds trust across teams
Preferred
Experience with ML/LLM infrastructure, observability, or developer platforms
Open-source contributions or familiarity with standards like OpenTelemetry
Background in high-growth or early-stage environments
