Responsibilities

Manage multiple compliance programs, defining milestones and success criteria, and successful on-time delivery

Identify, assess, and advise on compliance risks and controls to a variety of stakeholders and customers

Coordinate, manage, and facilitate compliance processes to provide timely deliverables

Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to all levels in the organization

Collaborate with other first line of defense teams to drive the implementation of global regulations related to emerging information security, data privacy, consumer protection, accessibility, data protection, consumer content, and AI governance frameworks

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in program management

Experience in control management (i.e., creation and implementation)

Experience working on technical projects

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Experience with security compliance frameworks, controls, and best practices: AICPA Trust Principles (e.g. SOC 2), ISO 27000 series, NIST Controls, data protection, AI governance frameworks, and other regulatory compliance frameworks

Experience managing execution and high quality delivery
