Responsibilities
Direct delivery teams across requirements definition, functional and process design, solution architecture, development, and post-implementation support for EPM platforms, particularly Pigment
Act as the advisor, managing day-to-day relationships with senior finance leaders
Build long-term, trusted client partnerships by delivering measurable business outcomes and strategic value
Ensure quality, risk management, and alignment to client objectives throughout the engagement lifecycle
Provide strategic input into staffing, talent development, recruitment, and retention
Build and lead strong, diverse teams across local and global delivery centers
Drive consistency, scalability, and innovation across delivery methodologies and technology enablement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
7+ years consulting or industry work experience
4+ years implementation experience and Solution Architect certification for EPM technologies such as: Pigment, Anaplan, Workday Adaptive, OneStream, PBCS, Planful
Expert level understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis processes
Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to travel to client site as needed
Preferred
Expertise with Pigment or Anaplan
