Cinter Career is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Business Analyst with expertise in AML and Swift messaging environments to support financial institutions in the United States. This role involves leading AML system replacements and Swift modernization efforts while ensuring regulatory alignment and effective cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead or support AML and Swift transformation projects, including system replacement, upgrades, and cloud migration initiatives
Manage project scope, schedule, risks, issues, and dependencies
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders
Prepare project status reports, steering committee materials, and executive updates
Gather and analyze business, regulatory, and technical requirements related to AML, and Swift messaging
Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., BSA/AML, OFAC, NYDFS) into functional and system requirements
Support vendor evaluation and solution selection
Define target operating models and future-state architecture (AML stack, Swift architecture)

Required

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in financial services
Hands-on experience with AML systems
Knowledge of Swift messaging and payment processing environments
Experience working with banks or financial institutions in the United States
Strong communication skills and experience working with global / cross-border teams
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex regulatory-driven projects

Preferred

Experience with AML vendors
Experience with SWIFT cloud services or SWIFT modernization initiatives
Familiarity with ISO 20022 (MX / MT) migration projects
Prior consulting or system integration (SI) experience
