Responsibilities
Managing all aspects of pool maintenance operations, including water quality testing, equipment inspections, routine cleaning, and repairs
Working closely with clients to ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory policies regarding pool usage
Overseeing pool use, providing assistance to resolve technical problems, and fostering a safe and positive user experience
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and manage related projects effectively
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Product Strategy and Product Management to guide decisions and deliver effective pool solutions
Strong Project Management skills to efficiently plan, execute, and manage pool management projects
Proven Team Leadership and Cross-functional Team Leadership abilities to ensure cohesive collaboration and optimal service delivery
Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining effective communication
Familiarity with health, safety, and pool maintenance regulations
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or equivalent qualification required
Punctuality, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service
