Harnham is a specialist in Data & AI recruitment with nearly two decades of experience. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to focus on building client relationships, winning new business, and driving account growth in the Data & Analytics space.
Responsibilities
Driving business development: identifying, pitching, and onboarding new clients
Building and managing ongoing client relationships to ensure repeat business
Leading recruitment delivery alongside our internal delivery consultants
Negotiating terms and driving cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Creating and executing strategic account plans to maximise revenue
Becoming a key part of our Phoenix office growth journey
Qualification
Required
Experienced recruiter or sales professional with a strong client-facing track record
Proven ability to win new business and drive growth in a competitive market
Natural relationship-builder who can think commercially and act strategically
Excellent communicator, confident negotiator, and results-driven operator
Preferred
Experience in the data, analytics, or wider tech space is a plus, but not essential
