Business Development / New Markets – Latin America
Lana Exim, LLC is a company in strong international expansion, supplying raw materials for the plastics industry as well as finished packaging solutions. They are seeking a driven commercial professional to support their growth in the Latin American market by opening and developing new markets, actively prospecting clients, and managing negotiations and deal closures.
Responsibilities
Open and develop new markets across Latin America
Actively prospect new clients via email, phone calls, and virtual meetings
Build and maintain relationships with new customers and potential distributors
Conduct on-site visits to clients when required
Promote and sell products including:
Masterbatches
Plastic additives
Calcium carbonate
Finished packaging products and related solutions
Manage negotiations, quotations, and deal closures
Track opportunities and provide weekly commercial reports
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in B2B sales or market development
Strong commercial mindset, proactive, and results-oriented
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Must be based in Latin America
Spanish: fluent
Preferred
Background in plastics, raw materials, packaging, or chemical industry
English: desirable
Portuguese: a plus
