Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of yachts and boats
Build and maintain relationships with clients, boatyards, marinas, and industry professionals
Evaluate and list vessels with detailed specifications, photos, and market insights
Negotiate and close sales contracts while ensuring client satisfaction
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitive listings
Utilize provided tools, including MLS access, appraisal services, marketing resources, and lead management platforms
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a yacht broker with a proven track record of successful transactions
Valid Florida Yacht Broker license (or ability to obtain one)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of the Florida boating market and yachting industry
Self-motivated and able to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment
Preferred
Proficiency in CRM systems and yacht sales platforms is a plus
