They are seeking a Girls Golf Coordinator to lead and grow Girls Golf programs, designing fun and empowering experiences for girls while fostering confidence and engagement in the sport.

Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality Girls Golf instruction integrating life skills and golf fundamentals
Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule volunteer coaches
Manage program communications including registration, scheduling, and parent engagement
Plan and execute Girls Golf events, community outreach engagements, and special opportunities
Promote the program through marketing, recruitment, and strong community relationships
Maintain a positive, encouraging culture that ensures a great experience for every girl
Support alignment with First Tee national training and curriculum standards
Qualification
Required
Coaching experience working directly with youth
Strong communication abilities and a professional, positive demeanor
Passion for advancing girls' participation and retention in sports
Knowledge of golf etiquette, rules, and basic fundamentals
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
Ability to work some evenings and weekends throughout the year
Ability to lift program equipment, work indoors and outdoors in seasonal weather
Valid driver's license
Willingness to complete First Tee Coach training and certification program
Must successfully pass a criminal background check prior to employment
Preferred
Competitive golf, event management, and volunteer leadership experience are plus factors
