Responsibilities

Administrative: Booking trades, supporting daily portfolio accounting/reporting, managing external vendors, etc
Marketing: Managing our HubSpot database of prospective investors, serving as the first line of contact for additions to that database, etc
Other: Providing support to colleagues on administrative, compliance, investor relations, and other projects as needed

Required

Self-motivated quick learner
Familiar with accounting concepts and comfortable with quantitative work
Willing to be a hard-working 'jack of all trades' within our small firm
Eager to learn more about investing and financial markets
Possessing common sense and honesty
Willing to relocate to within commuting distance of either New York City or Portsmouth, NH
Recent graduates MUST have a GPA of 3.5/4.0 or higher to be considered
Your resume MUST include a GPA, as well as your SAT/ACT score (preferably broken down by section)

Accounting education and/or work experience is strongly preferred
