Inspecting damaged vehicles
Preparing detailed and accurate repair estimates
Coordinating with insurance adjusters to negotiate costs
Providing excellent customer service by explaining the repair process and timelines
Assisting with parts orders
Uploading required documentation
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer repair standards and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Experience in creating thorough, accurate collision repair estimates and familiarity with estimation software (e.g., CCC, Mitchell, or similar)
Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes, manufacturer specifications, and insurance-related procedures
Customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, insurance adjusters, and team members
Detail-oriented approach to documentation and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of auto parts and their functionality
High school diploma or equivalent
Additional certifications in collision estimating (e.g., I-CAR, ASE) are a plus
Proficiency with computers and standard office software
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Preferred
Prior experience in an auto body or collision repair setting
