They are seeking a Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Performing daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
Preparing financial statements
Reconciling accounts
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial closings
Supporting payroll processing
Maintaining accurate financial records
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
Collaborating with the finance team to support organizational operations and deliver accurate financial insights
Qualification
Required
Accounting and Finance skills, including knowledge of general ledger accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks and Excel
Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Familiarity with compliance regulations and standards; experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is a plus
Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Preferred
Relevant experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required
