Responsibilities
Answer and return phone calls, providing exceptional service to customers
Monitor and respond to customer support emails promptly and professionally
Handle daily printing and mailing of policy documents
Manage returned mail and maintain accurate customer records
Assist team members with clerical tasks as needed
Ensure the office remains tidy and organized
Perform other duties as assigned to support the team
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Excellent organizational skills to keep accurate records and locate information efficiently
Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Patience and active listening skills to provide positive interactions with customers
A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to assist wherever needed
