Qualification
Required
Strong Commercial Insurance Knowledge – Experience with P&C, commercial auto, or contractor-focused insurance
Quoting & Market Shopping Experience – Ability to work with multiple carriers, compare options, and support agents with proposals
CRM & Systems Proficiency – Experience working in insurance CRMs and maintaining clean, accurate records
Exceptional Attention to Detail – Accuracy matters; you're thorough with applications, endorsements, and documentation
Highly Organized & Efficient – Able to manage multiple policies, deadlines, and carrier follow-ups without dropping the ball
Preferred
Construction or Contractor Insurance Experience – Strong plus
Active Property & Casualty License – Preferred but not required
Underwriter Coordination Experience – Familiarity handling back-and-forth with carriers on loss runs, audits, or clarifications
Apple Ecosystem Familiarity – Preferred (Numbers, Pages, iMessage), but adaptable problem-solvers are welcome
