They are currently seeking an enthusiastic Workers’ Compensation Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to manage a caseload and conduct legal research.

Responsibilities
Manage a caseload from case inception through trial/resolution
Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals
Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports
Attend court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and meetings with clients
Negotiate settlements
Minimum 3 years of dedicated workers’ compensation experience
Proven ability to manage workers’ compensation caseloads
Qualification
Required
At least 3 years of experience
Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Commitment to delivery of high-quality work product
Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior insurance defense and/or workers' compensation litigation experience
Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Minimum 3 years of dedicated workers' compensation experience
Proven ability to manage workers' compensation caseloads
