Required
J-1 Visa & Education Requirements: To qualify for this specific rotation, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria for the J-1 Intern or Trainee Visa
Education: You must be currently enrolled in or a recent Hospitality Management Graduate (within 12 months) of a post-secondary academic institution outside the United States
Experience: Alternatively, if you are not a recent graduate, you must be a hospitality professional with 5+ years of relevant experience outside the United States to qualify as a Trainee
Passion: A strong interest in food, beverage, and the creation of exceptional dining experiences
English Proficiency: Excellent communication skills with a friendly, outgoing, and proactive attitude are required
Customer service and interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on providing a welcoming and professional guest experience
Organizational skills, multitasking, and attention to detail for managing reservations and ensuring smooth operations
Problem-solving skills and adaptability to assist with guest needs and resolve issues efficiently
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and clients
A passion for cultural exchanges and hospitality, with an eagerness to learn and grow in the industry
Proficiency in English
Preferred
Prior experience in customer-focused roles or hospitality is a plus, but not mandatory
Additional language skills are a plus
