Responsibilities

Lead and develop a sales team
Coach and inspire a sales team to deliver exceptional results and client experiences
Recruit, train, and develop talent for future growth
Foster accountability and empower the team to resolve client issues with a servant-leadership approach
Own full P&L responsibility for the showroom and territory
Implement strategies to position Waterworks as the leader in luxury bath and kitchen
Oversee CRM, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure sales effectiveness
Maintain showroom operations and uphold brand standards
Strengthen partnerships with key accounts and industry organizations
Represent Waterworks at design events, networking groups, and client engagements
Support the team in securing new business and expanding market share
Other duties and accountabilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
7+ years in sales leadership within a luxury brand; 5+ years in inside/outside sales
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
Strong negotiation skills and experience closing high-value deals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems and virtual client engagement
Well-connected within the Los Angeles/Southern California design trade
Ability to travel up to 20% within the market and to HQ
Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques
Ability to maneuver effectively around showroom floor, stock room and office
Position could entail periods of standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
Ability to travel locally or out of state

Preferred

Knowledge of plumbing, tile, or construction is a plus
Licensed to drive preferred
