They are seeking a Research Associate (Volunteer) in Quantum Governance to conduct research, collaborate with experts, and support initiatives in the quantum governance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Conducting research on quantum governance and emerging regulatory frameworks
Collaborating with subject-matter experts to develop reports and publications
Analyzing regional and global policy landscapes
Supporting initiatives that strengthen the quantum governance ecosystem in Latin America and internationally

Required

Understanding (basic or advanced) of quantum technologies, including fundamentals of quantum computing and its economic, political, and societal implications

Experience working with diverse groups in complex research or policy-driven projects

Preferred

Degree in technology, social sciences, or related fields
Proficiency in English and Spanish
Familiarity with public-policy environments is considered a strong advantage
