Whirr Crew s.r.o. is seeking a talented Senior PL/SQL Developer to join their team. The role involves designing and developing SQL scripts and applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet enterprise architecture standards.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SQL scripts and complex queries for data analysis and extraction
Design, build and deploy applications utilizing Oracle Application Express (APEX)
Lead the design and development of enterprise-level data solutions and applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications
Conduct system analysis and issue resolution for database-driven applications
Apply best practices for database design and development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools
Communicate and present database schema and architectural solutions to stakeholders and clients
Create models for new database development and/or changes to existing ones
Ensure database architecture aligns with enterprise architecture standards and guidelines

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience in PL/SQL development and architecture for enterprise IT systems
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, and other related technologies
Oracle APEX basics, willing to work with
Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices
Experience in data modeling and design, including data and dimensional modeling
Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on database implementation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present architectural concepts and solutions
Proven ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
Fluent Czech language skills, both written and spoken
English language on professional level

Preferred

Experience in Retail, Logistics or Distribution industries is a plus
