Completing maintenance requests and repairs in apartments and common areas
Turning vacant units efficiently and to company standards
Performing preventative maintenance and general repairs
Patching and painting
Maintaining community grounds and curb appeal
Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues promptly and professionally
Qualification
Required
Dependable, detail-oriented self-starter
Enjoys working independently while also being part of a team
Reliable transportation required to travel between properties
Preferred
Apartment or multifamily maintenance experience preferred
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, or drywall (a plus)
Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
Strong time management and organizational skills
Reliable, professional work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using basic computer programs
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
