Responsibilities

Capture short-form video and photos for Instagram, TikTok and beyond

Shoot content using a phone or simple camera setup

Edit videos and static content using tools like but not limited to CapCut, Canva, and native Instagram and TikTok editing tools

Add text, music, transitions, and effects that align with current trends

Stay on top of trending sounds, formats, creators, and cultural moments

Bring forward new ideas, formats, and strategies to test

Review data and analytics and cater content to what performs

Work toward clear content goals tied to growth and performance

Required

Entry to mid level experience creating short-form content for social media

Have understanding of relevant social media KPIs and their importance to content performance

Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok and beyond

Comfort capturing and editing content independently

Strong eye for pacing, trends, and visual storytelling

Ability to move fast, test ideas, and adapt

Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

Portfolio or examples of social content required (personal or professional)

Preferred

Experience creating content for a brand or creator

Familiarity with influencer and creator culture
