Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative
Loop Talent is partnering with The Roofer Bros, a well-established and fast-growing roofing company, to hire a highly organized Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. This role serves as the main communication hub between customers, sales reps, and field teams, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with homeowners, property managers, and leads
Provide general information about services and processes
Log and route all inquiries to the appropriate team
Follow up on project updates, service questions, and customer needs
Contact customers who received quotes but haven’t decided yet
Gather feedback and address questions or concerns
Keep sales reps informed on lead status and pending deals
Call customers after job completion to ensure satisfaction
Address minor issues before they escalate
Request and guide happy clients to leave reviews (Google, Yelp, social media)
Track active jobs and flag urgent client concerns
Communicate customer feedback to sales, managers, and leadership
Manage warranty claims and service requests from start to resolution
Keep customers updated throughout the process
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with excellent follow-up habits
Calm, solution-oriented approach to customer concerns
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Spanish fluency is required
Preferred
Previous customer service, call center, or dispatcher experience preferred
CRM experience (JobNimbus or similar) is a plus
