Sales Director
Fayetteville Garage Door Co. is a growing overhead door and loading dock equipment service company serving Northwest Arkansas. The Sales Director will lead the sales function, focusing on increasing revenue, improving sales processes, and building a strong sales team to drive profitable growth.

Responsibilities
Lead direct sales efforts for high-value and strategic opportunities, including:
Large residential or replacement projects
Builders we have not previously worked with that meet our target profile
Commercial customers with multiple doors, operators, or loading docks
Prepare and present bids, proposals, and pricing for larger jobs
Build long-term relationships with repeat and commercial customers
Architect and implement a sales and technician incentive program that drives the right outcomes, including:
Increased revenue and gross profit
High customer satisfaction
High-quality work with low recall rates
Strong attendance and punctuality
Balance short-term revenue goals with long-term brand, quality, and retention outcomes
Design and implement sales strategies, processes, and workflows for:
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)
Sales staff
Service technicians
Improve key performance metrics, including:
Call booking rates
Job conversion rates (revenue vs a conversion threshold per job type)
Average ticket value ($ per job)
Ensure sales processes align with operational capacity and service quality
Develop and deliver training related to:
Sales processes and workflows
Pricing and value-based selling
Customer communication and closing
Coach CSRs, technicians, and sales staff to consistently execute the sales system
Reinforce expectations through ongoing training, not just one-time events
Recruit and hire sales staff aligned with the company’s values and performance expectations
Design roles and responsibilities within the sales function
Build scalable sales capacity as the business grows
Set goals, expectations, and accountability for sales staff
Direct and manage sales initiatives and campaigns
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading sales teams and systems, ideally in home services, construction, or a related field
Strong ability to design incentive programs that drive sustainable performance
Experience improving conversion rates, average ticket size, and lead generation
Comfortable with data, metrics, and performance management
Ability to both lead strategically and execute tactically
Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
