Reading and interpreting blueprints
Planning machining operations
Ensuring proper machine calibration
Collaborating with the production team to optimize workflows
Qualification
Required
3+ Years of Mill Set up / Programming Experience
MasterCAM Experience
Proficiency in CNC programming and writing/editing machine codes
Experience with machining, including operating and maintaining CNC milling machines to produce precision components
Ability to train and mentor team members to enhance their machining and programming skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and optimizing machine operations
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
Preferred
Previous experience in a medical manufacturing environment is a plus
Technical diploma or certification in machining, programming, or a related field is preferred
