Responsibilities

Own the Vision: Define the strategy for our core People platforms (HRIS, ATS, IAM) and cross-functional workflows with Finance and Security
Scale Through Automation: Lead end-to-end delivery of high-quality integrations (Workato/Boomi) to streamline onboarding, provisioning, and data flows
Drive Innovation: Champion GenAI-enabled workflows to simplify approvals, document generation, and manager self-service
Ensure Excellence: Partner with Security/Compliance (SOX/SOC2) to build reliable, audit-ready systems

Qualification

PeopleTechWorkdayGenAIWorkatoAPIsGreenhouseOktaComplianceData Management

Required

5–10 years in PM, specifically within PeopleTech or Enterprise Apps
Hands-on with Workday, Greenhouse, and Okta
Understand APIs, REST, and event-driven patterns

Ability to translate complex compliance needs into pragmatic product designs
Driven by clean data, high SLAs, and reducing manual effort
