Responsibilities
Investigate existing facilities to figure out what is going on, designing repairs, and then helping to oversee the construction
Evaluate and design repairs for building envelope systems, including facades, cladding, masonry, roofing, waterproofing, windows, and air/water barriers
Participate in construction administration, site observations, and repair verification
Analyze existing structural systems for distress, deterioration, and code compliance
Support projects involving restoration, renovations, adaptive reuse, and code compliance upgrades
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or similar
Comfortable with a mix of fieldwork and office-based analysis
Preferred
Registered Architect preferred
