Full Charge Bookkeeper (Hybrid w/in Alaska)
Common Cents is a growing company seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage bookkeeping and payroll for a portfolio of clients. This full-time hybrid role is ideal for someone who values ownership, consistency, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for recurring clients
Handle AP/AR, bank & credit card reconciliations
Complete month-end close and prepare financials (P&L, Balance Sheet)
Process in-house payroll accurately and on time
Maintain clean, well-documented books
Communicate internally on deadlines and priorities
Qualification
Required
3+ years bookkeeping experience
True full-charge experience (not data entry only)
Strong QuickBooks Online skills
Proficiency in spreadsheet tools, and general computer applications
Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (on-site and remote)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with effective organizational abilities
Preferred
Payroll experience required (multi-client preferred)
Certified payroll experience encouraged, not required
Public accounting or multi-entity experience a plus
