Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end delivery of high-impact data products and insights that enable data-informed decision-making across global sourcing functions

Develop measurable, scalable, and repeatable processes and tools that drive seamless collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders

Work closely with technical partner teams to implement and integrate analytics solutions into broader organizational systems, ensuring alignment on technical standards and implementation goals

Act as the primary point of contact on the data and analytics roadmap, aligning resources and direction to meet shared organizational objectives

Oversee project scoping and prioritize deliverables for multi-quarter initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes in ambiguous environments

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

5 years of experience in program or project management

Experience working with data analytics tools (such as SQL, BigQuery, R, etc.) and reporting platforms (such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Business Objects, etc.)

Experience with big data concepts or technologies: analytics warehousing, data transformation, data governance, data migrations, performance or scalability optimizations, etc

Preferred

7 years of experience in program management, with a track record of managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects

Experience with SQL, data visualization (dashboards), and investigative tools to drive recommendation

Experience in the global supply chain management, risk modeling, data analytics, or cloud infrastructure

Ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences
