The State of Tennessee's Department of Labor and Workforce Development is dedicated to promoting workforce development and improving workplace safety and health. They are seeking an Administrative Services Assistant 3 who will provide essential administrative support in the Workplace Regulations and Compliance Division, assisting with planning, organization, and execution of projects and activities.

Responsibilities
Work with other administrative staff to execute both formal and informal administrative development activities and events; improve administrative effectiveness across all Units in the Division
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
Experience equivalent to three years of increasingly responsible full-time professional staff administrative experience
Qualifying full-time increasingly responsible sub professional, paraprofessional, or professional experience may be substituted for the required education, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of four years
Additional graduate coursework in public administration, business administration, or other acceptable field may be substituted for the required experience, on a year-for-year basis, to a maximum of two years
Two years of increasingly responsible professional administrative services experience with the State of Tennessee
