Responsibilities

Performing legal research
Drafting of legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings
Attending court conferences
Handling discovery-related activities and investigations
Drafting of position statements and dispositive motions
Counseling clients on employment-law-related matters

Required

Juris Doctor
Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Texas
During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice
Candidates must possess at least 3+ years of employment litigation experience
Labor and Employment litigation experience is required
Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills are required
