Responsibilities
Responsible for providing daily administrative support for the Executive Director of Care & Rehabilitation and also periodic needs of the Executive office, supporting the Executive Assistant as needed
Receptionist to cover for every other Saturday and Sunday from 1pm - 6pm
The primary purpose of the Receptionist is to perform administrative detail including record keeping, maintaining the front desk, and follow-up functions to assist the Administrator/Designee in meeting the administrative needs of the community
Qualification
Required
Responsible for providing daily administrative support for the Executive Director of Care & Rehabilitation
Periodic needs of the Executive office, supporting the Executive Assistant as needed
Works weekdays, 3p-6p (30 hours per pay period)
Receptionist to cover for every other Saturday and Sunday from 1pm - 6pm
Perform administrative detail including record keeping
Maintaining the front desk
Follow-up functions to assist the Administrator/Designee in meeting the administrative needs of the community
