Handling civil litigation cases from beginning to resolution; including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations and trials
Advising clients on covenant enforcement, contract, title disputes, insurance defense and other community association related litigation
Managing court and client deadlines
Communicating and building strong client relationships
Networking with clients and other industry professionals
Working with an experienced support team
Qualification
Required
Two - three years' experience in litigation
Admitted to practice law in Georgia
Strong research and writing skills
Experience in the courtroom
Preferred
Experience in civil litigation
