Responsibilities
Provides technical support for office and manufacturing environments
Handling immediate support requests
Implementing long-term projects with limited supervision
Managing service requests
Troubleshooting complex issues
Participating in projects such as software rollouts and plant technology upgrades
Configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise endpoint devices
Supporting mobile programs
Recommending technology solutions to improve efficiency
Collaboration with IT teams and plant management
Adherence to company policies
Occasional travel
Shared on-call responsibilities for after-hours emergencies
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Technical expertise across systems like Active Directory, SCCM, O365, and Windows 10
Ability to work independently
Collaboration with IT teams and plant management

Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work across the organization to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues
Experience with plant-related technology (e.g., label printers, handheld devices, lift computers/scanners)
Understanding of ITIL process framework
Ability to lead small to medium initiatives and projects
Strong sense of urgency and ownership in delivering service
Two-year technical degree, related technical certifications, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in an IT support environment
Willingness to travel domestically (about 10%) and participate in shared on-call support for after-hours emergencies
Preferred
Prior experience in a manufacturing setting
Familiarity with mobile device programs and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
