Responsibilities

Manage all phases of Commercial and Industrial electrical construction projects, from design development to final completion

Lead Design Assist efforts by collaborating with owners, engineers, general contractors, and internal teams to optimize electrical system design, constructability, and cost

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and manpower planning

Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local electrical codes

Coordinate with field supervision to drive productivity, quality, and schedule adherence

Review drawings, submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Maintain clear communication with clients and project stakeholders to ensure expectations are met or exceeded

Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively
