Construction
Responsibilities
Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, process company credit cards, and manage check requests and expense reports
Work closely with our AP Clerk to review, code, and process vendor bills, and reconcile any discrepancies
Create Month-End and weekly payroll journal entries, and file annual 1099s
Dive into ad hoc analysis, reports, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Experience in AP, journal entries, and general accounting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies before they become issues
Experience with US GAAP, public accounting, and software like NetSuite, AvidXchange, and Expensify
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
