Responsibilities

Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery documents for family law matters

Manage case files and maintain accurate documentation

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel in a professional manner

Assist attorneys with trial preparation and scheduling

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality

Qualification

Family law knowledgeLegal software proficiencyOrganizational skillsAttention to detailMicrosoft Office Suite

Required

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a paralegal

Strong knowledge of Minnesota family law procedures and court rules

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

preferably in family law
