Responsibilities
Lead wage & hour class actions from inception to completion, including client intake, complaint drafting, discovery, motions practice, mediations, and trials
Spearhead East Coast dominance by building new case pipelines, leveraging firm resources for multi-jurisdictional filings
Collaborate with a support team of 5 attorneys on case strategy, depositions, and settlements
Provide strategic counsel on overtime, meal/rest breaks, misclassification, and related labor violations
Maintain direct client relationships and drive high-value recoveries through aggressive advocacy
Qualification
Required
5+ years of plaintiff wage & hour litigation experience, with a track record of class certifications and settlements
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfort advising employee clients and handling complex labor issues
Admitted in California
Collaborative, client-focused mindset with interest in long-term growth and East Coast expansion
Preferred
Additional admissions beyond California
