Automotive Used Car Sales Manager
The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Used Car Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will supervise the sales team and oversee all practices in the vehicle showroom, ensuring customer retention and maintaining profitability of the department.

Responsibilities
Supervise the sales team and oversee all practices occurring in the vehicle showroom
Responsible for the sales, appraisal, purchase, reconditioning, display and merchandising of the used vehicle inventory
Ensure customer retention by hiring, training and evaluating their sales staff to be customer-focused
Maintain profitability of department while controlling expenses and retaining customer satisfaction
Uphold the highest ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
5+ years of used car management experience required
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Must be able to perform all job functions which may include bending, standing, lifting and reaching
Ability to forecast and achieve sales and profit goals
Excellent computer skills and very detail oriented ability
Preferred
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience managing, hiring and developing employees preferred
