This role is essential for ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory standards for institutional participants.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and due diligence reviews for new institutional clients
Perform deep-dive background screening on legal entities, Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), and controlling parties across various global jurisdictions
Evaluate corporate documentation, ownership charts, proposed fund flows, and expected transactional activity to identify potential red flags
Prepare clear, well-documented due diligence reports and provide formal onboarding recommendations to compliance leadership
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance automation and improve the efficiency of the onboarding tech stack
Verify source of funds (SoF) and source of wealth (SoW) for high-risk institutional profiles to ensure full regulatory alignment
Qualification
